How to use

• Take one capsule every day.
• Alflorex can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day.
• Recommended to be taken with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Alflorex can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 35624 culture.
  
• Do not exceed the stated dosage.
• Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Store below 25°C.
• For best results we recommend you store  Alflorex in the original container with the lid securely closed.
• Consume Alflorex within 1 month of opening.

Active Ingredients

Corn starch, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, bacterial culture*, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate. *35624, a Bifidobacterium longum culture.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.

If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to orders@stratuspharmacy.ie, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:
