Keeping in mind that in its first year baby skin is very gentle and up to 30% thinner than ours, we created the tear-free Baby Dove Calming Nights Head to Toe Wash, which provides the newborn's skin with the care that it requires and works as a skin moisturiser. As gentle as water, this sensitive baby body wash is ophthalmologically, dermatologically and paediatrically tested.

Moreover, it is pH-neutral to the skin, which helps to preserve the skin's microbiome, that is, the living layer which provides the skin with natural protection. Going beyond mild cleansing, it helps to replenish the essential moisture and nutrients which are lost during bathing. What is more, our baby wash takes the stress out of bath time thanks to its mild formula and creamy lather, which will help your little one relax and calm down before bedtime.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.

If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to orders@stratuspharmacy.ie, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:
