How to use

Squeeze excess water from the hair and apply conditioner. Leave on the hair for 1-2 minutes or for a more intensive treatment wrap your hair in a warm towel and leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after use. Suitable for everyday use

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.

If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to orders@stratuspharmacy.ie, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:
