PreProbiotic Cleanse is your dreamy, creamy, lightweight cleansing lotion that’s suitable for all skin types – oily and blemish-prone too! It’s a cleanser that’s gentle enough to nurture and balance your skin, with the muscle to remove stubborn make up (eyes included), oil, pollution particles and SPF in the AM and PM. 

Suitable for:

• All Skin-types – regardless of your skin type, including mamas-to-be.
• Dry or dehydrated skin – wave goodbye to that feeling of too-tight skin with our skin-respectful formula.
• Oily or congestion skin – non-comedogenic because you need balance too.
• Irritated, flaky or red skin – free from fragrances and drying alcohols. 

How to use

Apply PreProbiotic Cleanse to the skin and leave for 20 minutes as a soothing + hydrating micro-mask, before removing with your Cleanse Off Mitt.

Active Ingredients

PreProbiotic Cleanse:

• Oligosaccharide: a prebiotic that soothes + hydrates, while helping to prevent dehydration through trans epidermal water loss (TEWL)
• Lactobacillus: a dairy-free probiotic that boosts the skin’s natural moisturising factor
• Gluconolactone: a gentle polyhydroxy acid (PHA) that mildly exfoliates
• Capric triglyceride: a skin-softening + hydrating cocktail of coconut oil and glycerin.

Cleanse Off Mitt:

• Polyester: a synthetic fibre – it uses much less water + has less of an impact on the surrounding environment where it’s made compared to bamboo + cotton

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.

If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to orders@stratuspharmacy.ie, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:
